StayDeansgate Apartments

StayDeansgate apartments is a modern complex run by Andrew and Jennifer Collard, who have more than 15 years’ experience letting property in Cumbria.

Location

The apartments are located in the award-winning Deansgate Quay development at the Castlefield end of Deansgate, adjacent to Deansgate and GMEX Metrolink stations and a short walk from the main shopping, entertainment and business areas. Getting to Old Trafford is easiest by jumping on a tram to Pomona from Deansgate. Anyone arriving into Manchester airport can get a shuttle train to Manchester Oxford Road and then take the tram to Deansgate.

Rooms

There’s a reason these apartments are ranked number one in Manchester on review site Trip Advisor. The spacious living area features comfortable leather sofas alongside modern glass and chrome furniture, and the floor-to-ceiling windows across one end ensures the room remains bright and airy. Contemporary artwork compliments the clean white walls. The double bedrooms all have good quality beds, beech wardrobes and drawers. Non-allergic duvet bedding and pillows are provided. There is a balcony too, accessable from either the living area or the bedroom, which looks over the city, complete with a table and chairs.

Facilities

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Siemens ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer and microwave. Crockery, glassware and cutlery are provided for six people. Washing-up liquid, glass cloths and so are also supplied. Guests at the apartments get use of a fully equipped gym too, GL-14 health club, for a reduced price of £5 a day. Facilities here include a swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas and a solarium.

Guest review

The apartments rate very well, with very few complaints at all. A couple of guests said the apartments were a little too far from the centre of town than they would have liked. Overall, the apartments average a score of 9.4/10 based on cleanliness, comfort, location, services, staff and value for money.
